Personal Data Processing Policy
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Personal Data Processing Policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013, No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection" and defines the procedure for processing PERSONAL DATA and measures to ensure the security of PERSONAL DATA of "Education First" Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the OPERATOR).
- The OPERATOR invariably adheres to the most important goal and principle in the course of its activities: ensuring the observance of the rights and freedoms of every individual and citizen when processing their PERSONAL DATA. This includes the guaranteed protection of the rights to the inviolability of private life, as well as the preservation of personal and family secrets.
- This policy of the OPERATOR regarding the processing of PERSONAL DATA (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the OPERATOR may receive about visitors to the mensofiron.com website.
2. KEY CONCEPTS USED IN THE POLICY
- Automated Personal Data Processing: processing of PERSONAL DATA using computer technology.
- Website: the OPERATOR's website located on the information and telecommunication network Internet under the domain name (address, domain) – mensofiron.com, as well as the derivative web pages of the specified website included in its composition.
- Personal Data Depersonalization (Anonymization): actions that make it impossible to determine the affiliation of PERSONAL DATA to a specific USER or other Personal Data subject without the use of additional information.
- Personal Data Processing: any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with PERSONAL DATA, with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, DESTRUCTION of Personal Data.
- OPERATOR: a state body, natural and (or) legal person carrying out the collection, processing, and protection of PERSONAL DATA.
- PERSONAL DATA: any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable USER of the mensofiron.com website.
- USER: any visitor to the mensofiron.com website.
- Personal Data Provision: actions aimed at disclosing PERSONAL DATA to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
- Personal Data Distribution: any actions aimed at disclosing PERSONAL DATA to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of PERSONAL DATA) or familiarizing an unlimited circle of persons with PERSONAL DATA, including the disclosure of PERSONAL DATA in the media, posting on information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to Personal Data in any other way.
- Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data: transfer of PERSONAL DATA to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign natural person, or a foreign legal entity.
- Personal Data Destruction: actions that make it impossible to restore Personal Data.
3. THE OPERATOR MAY PROCESS THE FOLLOWING PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER:
- Last name, first name, patronymic;
- Email address;
- Phone numbers;
- The website also collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including "cookie" files).
- The above-mentioned data are further combined in the Policy text under the general concept of Personal Data.
4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The purpose of processing the USER's PERSONAL DATA is to inform the USER by sending emails, cellular communications, and messages in messengers.
- The OPERATOR also has the right to send the USER notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events.
- Depersonalized data of USERS, collected using internet statistics services, are used to gather information about USERS' actions on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The OPERATOR processes the USER's PERSONAL DATA only if they are filled in and/or submitted by the USER independently through special forms located on the mensofiron.com website. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their PERSONAL DATA to the OPERATOR, the USER expresses their consent to this Policy.
- The OPERATOR processes depersonalized data about the User if this is permitted in the USER's browser settings.
6. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION, STORAGE, TRANSFER, AND OTHER TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
- The security of PERSONAL DATA processed by the OPERATOR is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary for the full compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of Personal Data protection.
- The OPERATOR ensures the safety of PERSONAL DATA and takes all possible measures to exclude access to Personal Data by unauthorized persons.
- The USER's PERSONAL DATA will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the execution of current legislation.
7. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
- Before carrying out the cross-border transfer of PERSONAL DATA, the OPERATOR is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer of PERSONAL DATA is intended provides reliable protection of the rights of Personal Data subjects.
- Cross-border transfer of PERSONAL DATA to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent from the Personal Data subject for the cross-border transfer of their PERSONAL DATA and/or for the execution of an agreement to which the Personal Data subject is a party.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The USER can receive any clarification on questions of interest regarding the processing of their PERSONAL DATA by contacting the OPERATOR by sending an email to the e-mail address: mail@mensofiron.com.
- Any changes to the OPERATOR's Personal Data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
- The current version of this POLICY is posted on the OPERATOR'S WEBSITE at: mensofiron.com. The User guarantees that they have read all the terms of this POLICY and, in case of disagreement with any of its points, has the right to refuse to provide data and leave the WEBSITE.
